Since our company was founded in 1988 our goal has always been to bring you the same quality and intensity health club workout our gym members enjoy into the privacy of your own home. We have done this through the years first through VHS tapes and then our DVDs. Now we bring you the newest way to workout with Cathe: Cathe Live!<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t worry DVD lovers, we\u2019re still making DVD productions and will as long as it is profitable to do so. But now instead of having to wait for our once or twice per year productions you can now enjoy new Cathe workouts and videos almost every week. With Cathe Live you get to see and experience Cathe in the same way our gym members do: unrehearsed, unscripted and little to no editing. Many of the Cathe Live workouts are streamed live from our 60,000 square foot fitness center in Glassboro, NJ, and you can watch them live or work out to the recorded version whenever you like.<\/p>\n

Three to four times each month we live stream a Cathe class direct from Studio A in our gym in New Jersey. We have added studio lighting, six cameras and professional audio microphones and mixers so that we can stream to you high quality video direct from our aerobics room. All classes are streamed as well as recorded, so you can access and use them whenever you want.<\/p>\n
