Coconut Whipped Cream


Coconut Whipped Cream :

1-2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 can of full fat Coconut Milk refrigerated overnight
Berries for serving


1. Place the unopened can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight

2. Open the can ( don’t shake ) and spoon the top layer that has formed into the mixing bowl.

3. Add the maple syrup and vanilla and beat on high until the mixture is fluffy and frothy

4. Best served immediately
