Hi Everyone! In this month’s September 2019 workout rotation we’ll work on muscle conditioning and cardio endurance with a mix of heavy weights and high-intensity cardio workouts. These weeks will start to add up so if you feel that an extra day of rest or lighter workout is needed please make those adjustments to get the most out of your routine. As always, get plenty of water and make sure you stretch!
